What is the return policy?
We don't usually accept returns or exchange orders. However, under circumstances provided below, we can make an exception and more than willing to work it out for you:
A. If the painting itself (not the package) arrived damaged.
B. Item should be returned first for checking and validation before we can initiate refund or exchange order. Returned Items must not have visible damage that is inflicted intentionally.
C. Returned Items must be in original product packaging.
- What are the shipping options?
We offer Free Standard shipping to US and Canada.
Please note: Art with Evie does not offer local pickup.
- Do I have to pay taxes?
Yes. Taxes are included on shipping rates, and there is a handling fee as well.
- When will I receive my order?
For Standard Shipping to Canada orders will be processed the same day or next morning, and you will receive your package within 3-9 business days from the processing day.
For Standard shipping to U.S. orders will be processed the same day or next morning, and you will receive your product within 4-8 business days from the processing day.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact Art with Evie at: email@example.com
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you need to make changes to an order please contact us at: Artwithevie@hotmail.com as soon as possible.
- Where are you located?
Art with Evie is located in the Junction,Toronto West, ON. Canada.
- How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
All paintings are created by Evie, and materials used are bought locally.
- How do I make sure I order the right size?
